Estimates for Restoration and Storm Work
The usual charge for an estimate in most cases is about $150.00, billed at the time your estimate is mailed. The fee varies somewhat based upon location and job requirements. We will make every effort to ensure that the bid answers your questions about the number, size, location, condition, and recommended course of action for the stained glass windows at your church with which you are concerned. Should your church elect to have O’Brien Stained Glass perform the services estimated - the fee is applicable to the cost of the job. Our usual terms are 1/3 down upon acceptance and the balance is due upon completion. For first time customers we will carry a 10% job balance for 90 days following completion as retainer to the customer to ensure satisfaction on the part of the customer as to the complete and thorough execution of the work. All work is guaranteed to be free from any defect in material or workmanship for a period of 7 years under normal use. Any cost to correct a defect during the first seven years of product service is covered 100% by the company.

New Stained Glass Window Estimates and Designs
Sometimes it is fairly easy to make recommendations for new stained glass windows, especially so when a church particularly likes a "stock" window design that we may have done for another church. Normally there is a fee for custom concept drawings created to scale. This fee is applicable to the cost of the project.
